Toronto Celebrates traditional African music, arts and Culture! Afrofest

Annual Event!
Music Africa presented Afrofest 2009 July 11 & 12th
at Queens Park. TORONTO!

Afrofest is a celebration of cultures across the African Diaspora , and another example of the intensity of cultures that exist in the GTA and or Canada. With the music, African drumming, vendors displaying  jewellery, clothing' sculptures books, CDs, food and more, one cannot helped but  to feel  transformed to somewhere in Africa. Drum circle and a children’s village with face painting, craft, and dance workshops completed the two day event. With the numbers of  international and local artistes performing non-stop at the event, Afrofest is considered to be one of North America's largest annual FREE music festivals. SEE YOU NEXT SUMMER! AND THE NEXT.... AND THE NEXT.....YOU GET IT
